Five years ago today, we started Disconnect to help people control their privacy online.

When we first launched, the titans of tech were claiming privacy was dead or even that it never existed at all. But the public told us something different. People like you installed our software and spread the word. And today we're in awe that more than twenty million people actively use our software.

The Disconnect team is more committed than ever to fulfilling our mission and building the next generation of privacy technology. With new products and partnerships in the works, we’re incredibly excited about our future.
