SmartTV Vulnerabilities Discovered

In testing conducted in partnership with Consumer Reports, we discovered that Roku devices and Samsung smart TVs have easy-to-exploit security vulnerabilities.

These vulnerabilities would allow unsophisticated hackers to change channels, play offensive content, turn up the volume, and take control of other remote control functions without having to be in physical proximity to the TVs.
